    Send the exact amount shown to the address shown. Scan the QR code or copy it with one tap. The swap card shows how many confirmations your coin needs and roughly how long that takes.

    Follow every confirmation live on the tracking page, then the trade and the payout, with explorer links for each transaction.

Honest pricing

You see every cut before you send a thing.

Most swaps hide their spread inside the rate. We itemise it: the order-book price for your size, the exchange's trading fee, the network fee to send your coins, a small buffer for price moves while your deposit confirms, and our margin.

The rate is not fixed. Every swap is a floating rate: the quote is an estimate for your exact size, and prices can move while your deposit confirms, so the final amount is set from the real trades at that point. Each quote shows a minimum. If the price moves more than 8% against your estimate before we trade, we hold the swap and refund or ask you instead of paying out less.

What is SwapDusk?

SwapDusk is an instant crypto swap. Pick the coin you send and the coin you want, send your deposit, and we pay out to your address. It covers 20 coins and networks, including Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT and PIVX, with shielded PIVX deposits too. Swap any of them for any other: we trade on one market where one exists, or through a second market when not, and you see one rate and one fee breakdown either way. You can send all 20; 13 can be paid out, and the swap card lists only those under You get. There is no account and no sign-up, and every fee is itemised before you send.

How long does a swap take?

Mostly it's waiting for your deposit to confirm on its own chain. Each network needs a set number of confirmations before your deposit is credited. Right now Bitcoin needs 2 (about 20 minutes), PIVX 12 (about 12 minutes), PIVX (Shielded) 60 (about an hour) and Monero 100 (about 3.5 hours). The swap card shows the current number and rough wait for the coin you send, and the tracking page counts each confirmation live.

Is the rate fixed?

No. Floating rate: the final amount is set when your deposit confirms and may differ from this estimate. The price depends on your amount (bigger swaps go deeper into the order book). The quote shows a minimum you'll receive; if the market moves more than 8% against the estimate, we don't trade at a worse price, the swap is held and refunded to your refund address.

Can I send or receive shielded PIVX?

Yes. Pick PIVX (Shielded) to send from or receive to a shielded address (it starts with ps1); shielded deposits need 60 confirmations, about an hour. Pick plain PIVX for a transparent address (it starts with D). PIVX to PIVX (Shielded) isn't offered: shield or unshield in your own wallet, it costs far less.

Which coins can I receive?

Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, Ethereum, PIVX (transparent or shielded), Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, BNB, USDT on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Polygon, and USDC on Ethereum. Zcash, Solana, Tron, USDT on Solana and Tron, and Firo can be sent to us but not received yet.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Always send the exact amount shown, to the last digit. That's how we tell your deposit apart from everyone else's, and it's the fastest way through. If what arrives is within 5% of that amount (more or less), we match it to your swap and re-price it for the amount that actually arrived, at the live rate. Your minimum is scaled to match. If it's further off, below the minimum or above the maximum, or it arrives after the deposit window, we hold it and refund it to your refund address, minus the network fee.

Why are there minimum and maximum amounts?

The minimum keeps network fees from eating your swap. The maximum keeps your order inside the depth of the live order book, so you get a fair price.

How do I track my swap?

After you create a swap you get a tracking link and a swap ID. Open the Track page any time to see confirmations, the trade and the payout transaction, with links to a block explorer.
